Shipping & Return Policy


On December 2020, a congressional amendment to the PACT Act was signed into law as part of the omnibus spending bill, broadening the definition of tobacco products to include electronic cigarettes, vapes, E-Liquids, and vaping accessories.


As of March 27, 2021, the PACT requires online retailers to collect state and local
excise taxes on vaping products, as well as requiring Adult Signature (21+) on all
deliveries nationwide. Furthermore, the law mandates labeling and packaging, record-keeping, and State and Federal registration and reporting.
Unfortunately, due to the major shipping carriers no longer shipping vaping products, we may not have full shipping coverage for the initial rollout, and may not be able to serve our entire customer base. We are, however, constantly looking into ways to expand shipping to all locations. Shipping options, costs, and coverage area will be made available during the checkout process once a carrier has become available on our site. Return We have a 30 day return policy.

Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees.
If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed.

Consumable products:
We cannot accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used for sanitary and safety reasons. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e- liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries. Reshipment is not available for any consumable items.


Return shipping:
The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE.


Refund process:
Refunds may only be issued back to the original payment (credit card, debit card) or as a store credit. Super Vape Pirates is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has access to it.
